Who is Coach Audie?

I’m Coach Audie, the founder of Moses Leadership Coaching and an ICF Professional Certified Coach. My clients know me to be relatable, practical, passionate, animated, deep, but with a good sense of humor.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the following leadership principles from no other than Moses himself:

  • Moses knew how and when to seek help, to hold him up when the work became heavy.

My Personal Learnings as A Leader

I base my coaching programs on the following personal learnings I have gained throughout the years:

  • Talk less. Listen more.
  • Step back. Let your people shine.
  • It is okay to make mistakes. But be sure to learn from them.
  • It is okay to be wrong sometimes. But know what is right.
  • Instill a sense of purpose.
  • Be positive. Believe in the good.
  • Celebrate the wins. Always be grateful. Compliment.
  • Be patient. But not too patient.
  • Communicate always.
  • Mentor and coach.

  • Coaching Credential: Professional Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation (PCC-ICF).
  • Corporate Leadership: I bring with me over 30 years of regional leadership experience as general manager and head of business in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Vietnam.
  • Government Leadership: I was director at one department (ministry) in the Philippine government.
  • Church Leadership: I was chairman of the church council in my local church in the Philippines.
  • School Leadership: I was chairman of the school board in a primary and secondary school (elementary and high school) in the Philippines.
  • I graduated with distinction in the Master of Business Management program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), on a USAID scholarship.
  • I graduated in professional and advanced coach development programs at the Collective Change Institute (CCI) in Singapore.
