Wherever you may currently be on your leadership journey, Moses Leadership Coaching is flexible enough to meet your evolving needs.

     Here are some of the things you can expect from my coaching service:

• There is a standard Moses Leadership Coaching fee for a singular client, subject to discussion. Multi-client fees are proportionately discounted based on the number of clients participating in the program.
• A leadership coaching project has 5-7 sessions (1 hour per session), depending on agreement with the client.
• These 5-7 sessions cover 4-6 months, with session schedules agreed with the client.
• Sessions could comprise or entail a combination of face-to-face and online coaching.
• There may be a need to attend and observe in meetings and provide the client important feedback that is necessary to further help in the leadership coaching process. Upon agreement with the client, there would be 4-5 meeting observations and a corresponding fee per meeting observation.
• Before starting the coaching project, I engage the client in a chemistry session to get acquainted, for clarification and to discuss terms and conditions.
• The coaching process abides by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines and terms of engagement.
